Rudolf B’s short INDOOR FIREWORKS was the world's first film with a fully digital workflow shot on the legendary Viper filmstream camera. ‘Terrific fun, congrats!’ was Darren Aronofsky’s review and the score came from composer Angelo Badalamenti (Twin Peaks, Blue Velvet). It preceded Michael Mann’s use of the same technology (see HD on Wikipedia.com) and was picked up by Canal+ for European distribution after a successful festival run.

In 2005 Rudolf was featured on E! for a film made in 24 hours during the Cannes film festival. The show Naked Cannes was broadcast in over 50 countries.

Rudolf’s short REARVIEW was nominated by the BBC as best short of 2006 in their new talent strand and also screened at the LA International Shortsfest and Bristol’s Brief Encounters. It was shortlisted by the Amsterdam Fantastic Film Festival for a Golden Melies award, followed by screenings in Cannes and Venice.

In 2008 Rudolf was shortlisted from thousands of entries as a finalist in filmaka.com‘s international filmmaking competition by a jury that included Werner Hertzog and Wim Wenders.

In 2009 Rudolf directed the documentary feature ‘The Gooner Review’ starring David Soul, Paul Kaye and writer Nick Hornby.

In 2010 Rudolf edited the Wesley Snipes feature film
GALLOWWALKERS
